Thank you for shopping with Next Chapter Books & Games! We are pleased to offer shipping throughout Canada, as well as free local delivery within Stouffville.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times and shipping options will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Local Delivery – Stouffville

We offer free local delivery on minimum orders of $30+ for customers within Stouffville, Ontario.

Eligible customers will see the local delivery option at checkout when a qualifying postal code is entered.

Local deliveries are typically completed within 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. We will contact you if additional information is needed to complete your delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Next Chapter Books & Games is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@nextchapterbooksandgames.ca, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
